How do I buy products online? |

A small selection of our range is to be found on the
home page, more products can be found using the quick
search on the home page or selecting Product
Finder from the menu. Whenever you see a product name
as a link then clicking on the link will take you to a
screen with more details. You may also see the shopping
cart button next to a product. Clicking this button adds
one of that item to the cart in one operation. To view
your shopping cart select View Cart from the menu. If
you are happy with your selection then proceed to checkout.
You will need to provide your details, including delivery
address so the we can calculate postage and so also, of
course, so that we know where to send your goods. |

Can I buy just one bottle of sauce? |
 |
Yes you can buy just one bottle if you like, there are
no restrictions on shopping at ChilliWorld. Whether you're
buying for yourself, as a gift or an occasion such as
a stag-party meet with your requirements as best we can.
Just as there is no lower limit to your purchase there
is no upper limit, although we would suggest for larger
volumes you contact us direct, any orders over 3 cases
(36 bottles) and we'll give you discount. Please bear
in mind that large volumes may take longer to source so
let us know as soon as you have your requirement. |

How do I browse your complete product range? |

Select Product Finder
from the menu. Without entering any additional information
into the for click on the Find Products button. The complete
range will be listed displayed in screen sized chunks.
Click on the forward arrow to see the next screen. |

Do you deliver overseas and what about postage? |
 |
Yes, we deliver overseas to any country that the Royal
Mail will deliver to. Postage rates are charged from the
UK where packages are dispatched from. Postage is calculated
online at checkout based on the weight of your goods and
your delivery destination. Once the items are in your
shopping cart just proceed to the checkout page to view
the calculated shipping. |

How do I report a problem or get additional help? |

Do you accept cheques as well as credit-card orders? |
 |
Yes, we will accept cheques. When you get to the Checkout
Screen you will see a Select payment method drop-down
box in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, select
cheque in this box and click on the Proceed button. The
next page will tell you where to send your cheque, etc.. |

Will I receive onscreen confirmation of my order? |

If you select to pay with a credit or debit card this
is processed for us by Barclays Merchant Services. This
facility provides instant verification as to whether your
payment has been successfully captured and the subsequent
return screen to chilliworld.com website will confirm
this status. You will additionally be sent an e-mail from
Barclays Merchant Services. Please note that the card
processing can take up to 30 seconds during peak processing
periods and/or if there is heavy congestion on the Internet.
If you hit the back button of your browser before the
confirmation screen appears, the confirmation screen will
not be loaded into your browser. This has no effect, however,
on the ordering process itself. Once you submit an order
it is immediately sent to us. |

You can print the confirmation page and keep it for
your records or future reference. If you have any questions
about whether your order was received, please use the

Note that successful capture does not automatically
indicate successful settlement, a process which takes
place overnight London, UK time. Therefore, it is not

How do I get an invoice for my order? |
 |
You can print an invoice from the My Account area of
the website. First log into your account using the username
and password with wich you placed the order. Click on
the My Account in the menu on the left and then on My
Order History. This will take you to a screem listing
the orders you've placed. Click on the Order ID of the
order for which you need an invoice. On the next screen
you'll see a summary of your order and in the top-right
corner a link 'Print Order Invoice. Just print the screen
that pop-up, it's a simple as that. |

Why is my shopping cart empty right after I try to
add products to it? |
 |
The ChilliWorld site is using per-session (not-stored)
cookies to store state information only within a session
as the user navigates to multiple pages in the Web site.
These cookies are cached only while a user is visiting
the Web server issuing the per-session cookie and are
deleted from the cache when the session expires or after
a user closes the session. This means your shopping cart
will empty at the end of your session. |

step-by-step instructions on how to access and customize
